Knowledge session IV: Other Aspects On The Energy Transition
Our fourth session deals with insights from non-technical research on the energy transition. The session starts with a presentation of Sarah Elbert (Entrance, with her co-authors Eva van Rij, Maarten ter Huurne (HU), Marry Bassa (HU) and Carina Wiekens (Entrance) on the development and testing of the quality framework for transdisciplinary research. The second contribution is by Gido Stoop and K. Münzel (HU) will present about a GIS approach for identifying suitable locations for shared mobility vehicles in Urban and Rural areas. The third presentation will be by Maarten ter Huurne (HU) on Energy in the Neighborhood how different actors, the municipality, a heat supplier, the grid operator, jointly worked together to establish a district heat system. The fourth contribution will be by Siddharth Ajaykumar (HAN) on the SAVED project a Digital Twin Roadmap for autonomous business park logistics. The fifth presentation will be by Linn Fidder (Entrance) on what the role of midstream audiences in relation to social capital and building strong communities for shared rural mobility. The final presentation in this session is by Lars Jaspers and other colleagues from Saxion on direct air capture of CO2.
