Annemiek Hilberink is a Senior Advisor Offshore Development at TenneT Offshore, within the Business Development team. TenneT Offshore’s mission is to safely and sustainably develop, build and operate the offshore grid in the Netherlands at the lowest possible cost to society. The Business Development team is responsible for developing new policies, translating these into feasible roadmaps for new offshore projects, and establishing partnerships with other offshore stakeholders, such as TSOs, offshore wind farm developers and NGOs.

Before joining TenneT in 2023, Annemiek worked at Qirion (part of Alliander) as a member of the management team, where she was responsible for Asset Management and Quality. She previously held roles at Heerema Marine Contractors as Project Engineer and Innovation Development Lead. In 2011, she obtained her PhD from Delft University of Technology, where she also earned her Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering.
