Unable to attend after all?

Have you registered but are unable to attend? You can cancel your registration for the event free of charge up to and including Wednesday, June 17, 2026. After that, we will charge a cancellation fee of €25.00 excluding VAT.

Why? This allows us to prevent food waste and opt for a sustainable policy. By registering for the event, you agree to this condition. You can cancel by sending an email to info@newenergyforum.nl or via the button in the confirmation email. We do not consider 'rejecting' a meeting request as a cancellation. Naturally, we will show leniency in situations of force majeure.
